Shipping & Processing Policy

All keychains are handmade with care. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing, depending on current order volume. Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to USPS.

No Refunds / No Returns

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once an order has been placed.

Disputes & Legal Action

We take fraudulent disputes seriously. Any false claims or chargebacks will be met with legal action and reported to the appropriate authorities and payment processors. Please contact us directly with any concerns before opening a dispute.

Order Accuracy & Photo Submission

Please ensure all photo uploads and order details are correct before submitting your order. Photos cannot be changed or updated once the order has been placed. Make sure your images are clear and of good quality for the best results.
